Polypropylene pumps

Anala Polypropylene end suction centrifugal pumps are injection moulded, horizontal back-pull- out type with volute casing, single stage centre line design with CI brackets. The moulded parts are designed to stand high flange loads and pressure from the delivery pipeline.

These PP pumps are economic alternative to Alloy 20, Hastelloy C and PVDF pumps to handle highly corrosive liquids.

Dry run resistor

Anala Acid Transfer pumps are fitted with dry-run-resistor which lubricates mechanical seal for a limited period (maximum 20-30 minutes), in the event of pump running without liquid in the pump casing (Dry run).

The major problem encountered in handling corrosive liquids is dry-run of the pump which damage mechanical seal necessitating expensive replacement. Many customers who are frustrated with this problem are relieved of it, with this simple innovative mechanism and are highly appreciative of this feature.

In addition, we also supply pumps with reliable mechanical seal with certain inner components of the seal in Hastelloy C material. This adds to higher reliability of our PP pump and are liked and appreciated by all customers.

Another salient feature of Anala PP pumps is that the casing in volute type and the impellers are semi-open type. These facilitate handling of effluent type, and thick liquids.
