Application

ACP series back pull out type pumps are good for clean water DM Water, Beverages, process liquids, salt water, petroleum products alcohol, spirits and solvents, aggressive liquids,HCL 33% (In Hastelloy C) sulphuric acid etc.

Construction features

Horizontal end suction centrifugal single stage volute casing pumps dimensions correspond to DIN 24255 with end suction pump and top centerline discharge. Back pull out design enables to remove the rotor assembly without disturbing the pipe lines. The support feet are integrally cast with volute casing.

The End suction ACP range comprises of SS pump types with 2 shaft sizes which cover the entire range with maximum interchangeability. For pumps belonging to a particular shaft size, shaft, shaft sleeve, impeller nut and bearings are interchangeable. Impeller is hydraulically balanced by back vanes and in the case of larger impeller diameter renewable wear ring and relief holes.

Shaft

Made of accuracy grounded high tensile shaft supported with conventional grease lubricated two deep groove ball bearings. Oil lubrication will be an option. If you are given in monobloc it is called close coupled pump.
